HYPNOTHERAPIST SPECIALISING IN ANXIETY RELEASE AND CONFIDENCE

Hypnotherapy is growing evermore popular as an alternative treatment for many emotional, behavioural and physical issues. With a high success rate of around 93%, hypnotherapy is a powerful method of resolving a variety of issues.

My name is Jo. I studied and trained with the Hypnotic World International Academy of Hypnotherapy and gained my diploma in hypnotherapy. I am also registered with the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association and as such, I am bound by their strict code of ethics and confidentiality. I work with both adults and children.

I first stumbled across hypnotherapy, quite by accident, many years ago. I needed to perform on stage and I was painfully shy. I desperately wanted to go on stage and perform though. I realised I was going to need help! So, I approached a local hypnotherapist. Not knowing at all what to expect, and to be honest, I was too shy to even ask. I went along to my appointment and he very quickly put me at ease. Had I asked any questions, I have no doubt he would’ve answered them. At the end of the session, I felt like something had changed, but also that nothing had changed. The result of this, was that I performed on stage in London, in front of over 300 people whilst being filmed!

Then, years later, I reached out for hypnotherapy again. This time, I needed help to resolve a traumatic bereavement. Through hypnotherapy, I was able to deal with and validate many feelings, that until then, I had struggled to understand.

I feel that, having been on the receiving end of hypnotherapy, and felt that internal change and the almost magical experience, that I am in a place where I can truly appreciate hypnotherapy from both a client and hypnotherapist point of view. As such, I feel incredibly passionate about hypnotherapy and helping guide and heal people through a variety of issues so that they can find happiness and positivity.
